Location, location, location

There are tons of great places around Tucson for photo sessions. You may want a beautiful desert backdrop or a more urban setting or some interesting architecture. I'm always open to ideas, but I will make some suggestions based on your preference. For a desert backdrop, we're typically not going to get the best results in the middle of the day. The sun is high and harsh and can throw shadows on your face that you won't like – or it will be so bright that everyone will be squinting. If you want to go with desert, I will typically suggest a time closer to sunset when the sun is low and the light is soft. Early morning can work for that too!

If you need a midday session, I'll suggest one of the many beautiful plazas around town with plenty of open shade, benches, stairs, and different places where we can capture closer shots and  farther-away shots.

Bottom line is that no matter what you're going for, we can make it work as long as you have a little flexibility in the timing. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to know more about any of the locations you’ve seen in my photos!
